24/7 Access
All our customers have access to the facility 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. This is possible thanks to our 5-digit PIN activated security gate system. Every PIN is unique, and entries are logged with the time and date. Therefore, only you and your authorized users have access to the yard. The gate is monitored 24 hours a day via motion tracking lights and high resolution security cameras.
24 Hour Surveillance
In addition to our camera system running 24 hours per day, security personnel are also present during various times throughout the night-time. Combined, these two provide peace of mind - ensuring your property is safe.
Septic Dump Station & Water Hook-Up
Access to water and our septic dump station is available year-round, both at no extra cost to you. We are currently in the process of installing and developing additional stations for your convenience. They will be available in the near future.
Please note: During the winter the water is locked to prevent freezing of pipes (in case someone does not turn the water completely off). You may access it during office hours.
Complimentary Air & Hand Tools
Tire went flat or need a tool to do a quick fix? We’ve got you covered. We offer complimentary air and tools to all our customers. If you ever need a hand, let us know by dropping by our main office during business hours. We’ll be happy to help.
Powered Parking Stalls
Need your vehicle to start when it’s below freezing? We offer powered stalls for an additional cost to your monthly bill.
