please fill out contact and rental information on page 1 except stall #, which we will assign to you.  Attach copies of all requested documents that are listed (driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance).  We require an automatic payment method.  You can choose either credit card or pre-authorized debit on page 6 or 7.  Please initial all pages.

Please note before we grant you access the yard with the palgate app we must see you in person to confirm identity.

Gate Access Instructions For PALGATE App

Phone App Access (Authorized Users) - We need a list of names (first and last) and their cell phone number to give access to. This app will give you 24/7 access to our lot, please note access between 6am and 10pm it is as simple as driving up to the gate and pressing a button in the Palgate app. However, for access between 10:00pm and 6:00am you will be required to text, email or call before coming in. There are also gate remotes available in the office however they will require a $50 deposit, that will be refunded when the remote(s) are returned.
Instructions for app (link to one minute tutorial video)

Step 1: Please advise us of the name on your contract and the name(s) (first and last) and the cell phone number(s) of yourself and any secondary users you want to have access, which we will upload to the system. It may take 1-2 days to upload new users before the gate access buttons show up in their app.
Step 2: Log in to the play or app store on your device and search (PalGate) and download their app.
Step 3: Once you open the app you will be prompted to enter your cell phone number (just numbers no hyphens, spaces or parentheses) and press done in the top right corner.
Please make sure you have the right country selected for your number
Step 4: When you enter your cell phone number it will send you a 5 digit code by text to confirm it is you, Please be patient it may take a minute or two to send, If it does not send please press the resend code button that will appear after 1 minute.
Step 5: Enter your name and press the next button, it should then show a screen with “my devices” and a search bar on the top, under it should list the in and out buttons for gate access.

- When pressed the gate will take a moment to process the signal before it opens.
- Please don’t open the gate prematurely as you may let others through, wait until you have pulled up to the gate before pressing the (Shorty’s IN or OUT) button.

AFTER HOURS ACCESS
- During the day 6am to 10pm access will continue as usual, however after these hours we will require a request made by text, email, phone or in person, to let us know the day and approximate time you will be in the yard.

NO SMART PHONE
- For those who don’t have a smart phone we have remote(s) which are available but require a $50 deposit, that will be refunded when the remote(s) are returned upon cancellation.

NO PHONE DATA
- For those with a phone plan without data you will have access to our local Wi-Fi (Shorty’s-Guest) to open the main office gate, it has no password attached to it. Please connect to it and the app will work through that.

OPTIONAL SETTINGS
- If you would like to differentiate gate(s) access, simply click on the settings icon to change button color, name and icon.

PROBLEMS
- If none of these gate access devices show up under (My Devices) it may mean you gave us an outdated or wrong phone number, in which case please call, text or email us to confirm the right country code and phone number.
